Thank you for your interest in Park Your License! Joining us will allow you to keep your real estate license and not have to pay any MLS, Realtor, or Franchise/Broker fees.  Plus, you have the opportunity to make money on your real estate referrals!

 

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO PRACTICE NORMAL REAL ESTATE.  YOU CAN MAKE REFERRALS ONLY.

 

ADDITIONALLY, YOU CAN TRANSFER BACK TO A REGULAR BROKERAGE AT ANY TIME.

 

To join our referral group you will only be responsible for your license fee renewals to the state, your continuing education requirements, and our yearly fee of $100 ($125 for first year includes license transfer fee to the State of CT).

 

Additionally, if you have any real estate referrals, you can send them to our sister licensee, Seigel Team at RE/MAX Rise and get a referral fee!

(You can refer to any company you wish but we need to be notified so as to send out the referral confirmation).

 

We will need the following to get you signed up:

 

Full name on your license

License number

Home mailing address

Phone number

 

Once received, it will take about 48 hours to get you transferred. Then you’re all set!
